Review: Etude House Magic Bubble O2 Water Peeling Pack

Friday 18 April 2014
Annyeong! How's your week so far? I've been busy as always but I just finished up my design drawings so I guess I can do a review of a product that I got last January

I think I remember seeing Dara's face on a poster of this product. If so, it's released somewhere in 2011-2012.

Papaya Extract: water, rich in Vitamin A and C, exfoliating dead skin cells
Oxygen: skin cleansing, making the skin clearer.

Packaging:

As you can see, the product comes in this soft purple bottle with similar packaging as its sister product that I reviewed here

Simple and cute. :)

No worries as there's Product Description on the lower part of the bottle.

Formulated with AHA and O2 water, this 2-in-1 brightening mask pack and exfoliator refines skin texture and tone for smooth, healthy radiance, it improves penetration of skincare due to removal of dead skin cells.

How to use:
Massage a generous layer onto damp skin.
Wait 5 minutes, until full froth forms.
Rinse well with water.
Use 1-2 times a week.

The blue coloured fonts said "Water bubble type, contains Papaya extract.
Pack combination peeling."

Use right after dispensed, products can be used within 12 months after opened.

The manufacturing date is printed at the bottom part of the bottle. Shelf life is 3 years unopened.

The product comes with a pump. It's nice and easy to use.

As you can see on the left, the product is in almost transparent white gel. it does run a bit. It smells like lemon a bit, kind of refreshing scent.

Verdict:

First, massage the product onto skin for about a minute.

Then leave it for about 5-6 minutes until the froth of bubble formed.

Just wash-off with water and voila! Can you see the difference. :)

Honestly, I do like this product. It's mild and doesn't irritate at all. After wash, I don't remember any 'tight' feeling on my skin, which is good and I could say this works.

If you're looking for a mild peeling product then I guess this is for you. Maybe it's because I'm used to Skinfood Wash-Off masks that are quite grainy so yeah, this is pretty mild for me. For a change of mood, I guess this works for me.

Waiting for 5 minutes for the bubble to form is quite interesting sensation on my skin. It's a little ticklish. But it's not really a big deal.

I think I like this compared to the its sister product that I mentioned above.

One thing that I don't like about the packaging is the ingredients list isn't printed on it. Maybe it's on the plastic cover that I thrown away. Not sure. huhu

Final verdict: 4/5. But will I repurchase? Yes. But you guys know me, right? I always love trying out new product. hehehe

I think the price for this product is around RM90 but I don't think I paid that price. I think I grabbed this at marked down price at Etude House branch in Berjaya Times Square, KL. haha that I remember. LOL

Okay, I think that's all for this review.

Have you tried any similar product? Do tell, yeah?

I'll see you guys next post.

Au revoir!
